I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, especially during the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago. The river views from my room were stunning and truly offered a nice backdrop for my trip. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions. However, I encountered some issues with the internet service and had to deal with persistent timeshare sales pitches from the front desk, which was a bit annoying.
